Economía Circular y Cadena de Suministro en la Industria de la Construcción: Una Revisión Sistemática de la Literatura

Resumen

La industria de la construcción enfrenta retos por el uso intensivo de materias primas, la generación de residuos y el impacto ambiental de los modelos lineales. Este artículo analizó el impacto de la economía circular en su cadena de suministro mediante una revisión sistemática de publicaciones indexadas en Scopus entre 2010 y 2025, siguiendo criterios de selección y calidad de PRISMA 2020. Los resultados mostraron aportes en la optimización de recursos, la gestión de residuos, la articulación de actores y la creación de modelos de negocio sostenibles. La circularidad también puede fortalecer la competitividad mediante la innovación, la eficiencia operativa y el aprovechamiento de materiales. Se concluye que sus principios contribuyen al desempeño ambiental, económico y social del sector y a su desarrollo sostenible
