Estrategias para la Integración de Factores Humanos y Sostenibilidad Social en la Transición Hacia el Modelo de Minería 5.0

La transición hacia la Minería 5.0 exige repensar la relación entre tecnología y trabajo, colocando a las personas trabajadoras en el centro del proceso de automatización. El objetivo del artículo es analizar las estrategias para integrar los factores humanos y la sostenibilidad social en esta transición. Se desarrolló una revisión documental de carácter narrativo, basada en literatura especializada sobre automatización minera, sistemas sociotécnicos, ergonomía, riesgos psicosociales y sostenibilidad social. La información se organizó y analizó en cuatro ejes temáticos: diferenciación entre los modelos de Minería 4.0 y 5.0; riesgos residuales, fatiga y bienestar psicosocial; diseño participativo y comunicación humano-máquina; y sostenibilidad social, identidad laboral y relevo generacional. Los hallazgos muestran que la tecnología, por sí sola, no elimina todos los peligros y puede generar riesgos como la fatiga cognitiva, el estrés tecnológico, el sedentarismo y el aislamiento social. Asimismo, el diseño participativo permite adaptar las innovaciones a los contextos particulares de cada mina, mientras que la estandarización del lenguaje favorece una interacción más segura entre trabajadores y sistemas autónomos. Se concluye que la transición hacia la Minería 5.0 requiere un enfoque sociotécnico que articule innovación, seguridad, bienestar laboral e inclusión, de modo que la automatización complemente las capacidades humanas y contribuya a la sostenibilidad social del sector minero
