Evaluación del Impacto de la Inteligencia Artificial en la Gestión Educativa, Pedagógica y Administrativa para la Sostenibilidad Económica en Universidades Privadas

El presente estudio analiza el impacto de la inteligencia artificial (IA) en la eficiencia educativa y administrativa para la sostenibilidad económica de las universidades privadas en Latinoamérica. Se empleó un enfoque cuantitativo con diseño correlacional transversal, aplicando encuestas a 100 directivos universitarios (decanos, gerentes financieros y jefes de planificación) y simulaciones financieras con modelos predictivos. Los resultados indican que la adopción de IA mejora la eficiencia operativa, optimiza la toma de decisiones estratégicas, aumenta la precisión de las proyecciones presupuestarias, y genera condiciones favorables para el fortalecimiento de los procesos pedagógicos en el entorno universitario, contribuyendo a la sostenibilidad financiera institucional. No obstante, se identificaron barreras relacionadas con costos de implementación, resistencia del personal y limitaciones tecnológicas, que afectan su adopción plena. La discusión evidencia que los hallazgos coinciden con estudios previos sobre automatización inteligente en educación superior y subraya la importancia de estrategias de capacitación y gestión del cambio para maximizar beneficios. Este estudio aporta evidencia empírica sobre la relación entre IA y gestión administrativa, ofreciendo un modelo replicable para otras universidades privadas y contribuyendo al desarrollo de prácticas financieras y administrativas más eficientes. Los hallazgos destacan la IA como instrumento estratégico clave para fortalecer la planificación y la sostenibilidad financiera en instituciones educativas privadas
